This Privacy Policy describes how GoPicks collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our fantasy sports app.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it with providers that help us operate the service (processors), solely for the purposes above:
Some of these providers process data on servers outside Mexico (for example, in the United States). By using the app you accept such international transfers for the purposes described.
In the free version we show ads through AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier to serve more relevant ads. On iOS we will ask for your permission through App Tracking Transparency before using that identifier. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier from your device settings. GoPicks Pro removes ads.
We keep your data while your account is active or as required by law. You can delete your account at any time from the app under Settings → My account → Delete account. Some data associated with your leagues may remain visible to other members (for example, messages already sent) or be retained due to legal obligations.
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object to the processing of your data (ARCO rights under Mexican law), as well as to withdraw your consent. If you are in another jurisdiction, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability). To exercise them, write to us at contact@go-picks.app; we will respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.
GoPicks is not directed to persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us so we can delete it.
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. No system is 100% infallible, but we work to safeguard your information and limit access to what is necessary.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will publish the current version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app. The “last updated” date indicates the most recent version.
