Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoPicks application (the “App”), operated by Delphi Control Integral S.C. (“GoPicks”, “we”). By using the App you accept these Terms.

1.Acceptance

By downloading, registering or using GoPicks you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2.Description of the service

GoPicks is a fantasy football application for entertainment: you create or join private leagues with your friends, hold a draft, set your lineup and compete for points based on players' real-world performance. GoPicks is not a sportsbook and does not offer real-money gaming or cash prizes.

3.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GoPicks. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

4.Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account confidential and for the activity that occurs under it. You must provide truthful information when registering. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → My account → Delete account (see also the account deletion page).

5.Subscriptions and payments (GoPicks Pro)

GoPicks is free with ads. GoPicks Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium tools and removes ads. It is offered in monthly and annual plans.

• Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the same price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your store settings (Google Play or App Store).
• Prices are shown by the store in your local currency and may vary by country; any free trial period, if offered, is disclosed before you buy.
• Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable; refunds are handled by the corresponding store under its own policies.

6.User content and conduct

You are responsible for the content you post on your league's wall/chat (messages, photos, videos). You agree not to post content that is unlawful or offensive, that infringes third-party rights, or that violates the stores' policies. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7.Intellectual property

The App, its brand, design and software are owned by GoPicks or its licensors. You keep the rights to the content you post, but you grant us a licence to display it within the App in order to operate the service. Player names, team names and sports data belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.

8.Sports data

Statistics, projections and scores are provided “as is”, based on third-party data sources. We do not warrant that they are free of errors or delays, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them.

9.Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoPicks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

11.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

12.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Xalapa, Veracruz, unless the law provides otherwise.
